What is TransportWise?

TransportWise is one of Creativity Softwares mobile location white label solutions. It gives service providers the ability to offer a hosted fleet management solution to their micro and small enterprise customers.

TransportWise does not require specialised equipment to be fitted into the vehicles. Instead, it leverages the power of mobile network infrastructure by using a Location Based Service (LBS) platform to deliver the location of the drivers mobile phones, making the service affordable to the end users.

TransportWise is aimed at service providers serving a large number of micro, small and medium enterprises (e.g. incumbent telcos, mobile operators, MVNO s, ISP s, etc) who are looking to bring new (revenue-generating) value-add services to their customer base.

Functionality of TransportWise

TransportWise incorporates all the necessary components to deploy a fleet management service that micro and small enterprises require for a cost-effective management of their fleet. The components of the TransportWise white label solution include:

Communication centre 
Allowing SMEs to improve customer service by streamlining communication with them and the drivers (e.g. to provide route information or customer enquiry details)

Mobile positioning (location look up)
With the touch of a button, service administrators can see on a map where all their fleet vehicles are, allowing them to make decisions on where to send the drivers

Estimated Time of Arrival <ETA>
The system calculates the time it will take a vehicle to arrive at a pick-up point

Route optimisation
Based on the existing location of their fleet, users of the service can determine what is the best route for their drivers to take

Admin
The systems has an administration tool allowing modifications of the fleet to manage and create reports on fleet activity
