Pre-Sales Manager

Specialising in Location Based Services (LBS), Creativity Software operates across mobile and internet technologies where knowledge of location is an integral part of an application’s capability. And, with an innovative and evolving product suite, growing client list and impressive order book, you’ll soon discover that, as Pre-Sales Manager, the opportunities here are endless.
Responsible for all pre-sales support in the acquisition of new customers and developing our existing customer base, the role of Pre-Sales Manager will also see you get involved in a host of other activities. Documenting and managing the whole pre-sales process, you’ll translate, capture and present customer requirements, model the cost of delivery and revenue options, lead technical discussions with prospects, carry out customer needs analysis, and lots more. Preparing solution architectures, functionality and technical design specifications, project implementation plans and proposals, you’ll also carry out feasibility studies, respond to tenders, carry out pre-sales testing and collate customer feedback that will help improve our products and solutions.

A challenging brief, it will call upon your many talents and expose you to every area of our business. Self-motivated, commercially astute, well-presented and full of ideas and energy, you’ll need a strong technical background that includes extensive experience and understanding of WAP, J2ME, GPRS, 3G, LBS and mapping environments. A proven track record in pre-sales support, ideally within the IT/LBS/telecoms/Broadband sectors is also key, as are proven project management skills, an eye for detail and the ability to ‘get the job done’. Last but not least, you’re an excellent networker and relationship builder who is able to influence at the highest level and deliver against objectives and business development targets.
