Mobile Location Based Services - Creativity Software starts activity in the Latin American market

London, UK - 7 august, 2007 – Creativity Software Ltd. has announced a partnership agreement with Corporación Empresarial Valle, SA. de CV. (CEVSA) to appoint them as an official re-seller of Creativity Software’s mobile location white label solutions for the Mexican market.

This announcement comes at a time when the awareness and perception of usefulness of location based services <LBS> is increasing by both residential and enterprise customers, which creates enormous opportunities for the telcos and service providers across Latin America to deliver new revenue-generating value-added solutions

CEVSA provides a wide range of off-the-shelf fleet management products, in addition to tailored asset tracking solutions for a variety of business sectors including construction, road transport, storage and warehousing, manufacturing, wholesales, retail and repair, among others.

Creativity Software’s mobile location white label solutions enable mobile operators, internet portals and other type of service providers the ability to deploy a branded, hosted solution that allows the tracking of people and/or assets on the move. Examples of the services implemented using CS solutions include a Child Locator, Buddy Finder, Fleet Management, Mobile Workforce Management and others. These solutions rely on the mobile network infrastructure to know the location of a mobile phone at any given time, and to deploy a service using this information.

CEVSA’s initial interest to become re-seller of Creativity Software’s solutions came from TransportWise, a fleet management solution for service providers to provide a solution to the micro and small enterprises who own commercial vehicles but who can’t afford fleet management aftermarket solutions, due to the costs involved in installing and operating the required GPS hardware and software.
